NEW BUILD

Unearthing the natural course…

The new build project involves taking a piece of land and unearthing an environment capable of giving enjoyment to every golfer who may tread it’s fairways, all of whom bring their own understanding of what a golf course should be and their own individual abilities to meet with the challenges put before them.

This is the culmination of all the stages detailed in the Design Process section and should be a process of discovering what the site has to offer rather than an architect imposing features unfamiliar to the site.

The production line…

The golf course is the end product in a long line of discussions and decisions between developers, investors, land planners, environmental experts, contractors, to name but a few of the influential parties.

A golf architect looks to be included with all of these discussions to ensure the finished product contains all the necessary inputs.

The team working together…

Regular and constructive interaction is important to the success of a new development, keeping all parties up to date with progress, everyone working together to achieve the full potential of the project.

Given the length of time a new build project can take, it is important to have an architect in place with a well assembled process that is capable of working through the many necessary stages.
