Personal Skills...

Additional information - Learning about golf architecture and the people behind many great golf courses has led me to have a genuine respect, care, and concern for the design history of existing courses and to identify the design features particular to specific architects - an important skill for ensuring quality renovation work.

This has also given me an appreciation of the qualities that can be utilised in modern course design. Currently holding a handicap of 4, I am striving to improve my own game and see travelling to experience many courses as a great way of doing this. This allows me to indulge one of my other interests, writing, and I have had articles published in GolfPunk and other international publications.
